Strict Original Creation and Verification: The pixel art, descriptions, and various data sets published on the Site are all uniquely verified and created by the author. These are original creative works based on independent research and verification, not mere reproductions of existing information.
Content Composition: In addition to fan tribute works inspired by the Pokémon universe, the Site also features fully original digital content created by the author.
Non-Profit Pledge (The 21g Soul): This is a non-profit project. These creations, born from the 21g soul, are strictly NOT FOR SALE. Under no circumstances will they be sold, redistributed for commercial purposes, or used for monetization (excluding advertising displayed for site maintenance).
Respect for Rights: Trademarks and intellectual property related to the motifs used (e.g., “Pokémon”) belong to their respective owners (Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, etc.). The Site has no intention of infringing upon these rights and aims only to contribute to the fan community and pursue unique creative expression.
4. Handling of Comments, Media, and Cookies
Comments: For management and operational reasons (specifically for the creator’s health and focus on creative activities), the comment section is closed. Therefore, the Site does not collect personal information through comments.
Media (EXIF Information): Images on the Site are appropriately processed by the creator. While visitors might be able to extract location data (EXIF GPS) if they download images, any reuse or analysis of the image data is strictly prohibited in accordance with the Site’s purpose.
